• The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
• The extension only accesses the IUT SIS course evaluation page (https://sis.iutoic-dhaka.edu/evaluate-course/*) in order to assist students in filling out evaluation forms.
• User preferences (such as default rating values) may be saved locally on the browser using Chrome’s storage API. These preferences never leave the user’s device.

2. How Information is Used

• Any stored settings are used solely to improve the user experience (e.g., remembering preferred evaluation choices).
• No data is shared with third parties, external servers, or developers.

3. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any user data to outside parties.
• The extension works fully offline, except for interacting with the official IUT SIS website.

4. Permissions Justification

This extension requests the following permissions:

• storage – To save user preferences locally.
• activeTab & scripting – To inject scripts into the currently open SIS evaluation page.
• Host permission (https://sis.iutoic-dhaka.edu/evaluate-course/*) – So the extension can operate only on the evaluation form page.
